Yes, we are a registered childcare provider which means that all childcare fee subsidies that your family is eligible for will be available to you.
Yes, we require a fully refundable deposit of 2 weeks full fees.
After providing two weeks written notice, your deposit will be returned to your nominated account within a month of your child leaving our service.
We do NOT charge an additional Enrolment or Waitlist Fee.
No, we aim to meet the needs of all families in our community and therefore do not place restrictions on the number of days you must enrol your child.
However, we strongly recommend that families consider enrolling their child for at least 2 days per week as they are more likely to bond with their educators and settle in a much quicker period of time. This is far less stressful for your child and enables our educators to provide more meaningful experiences for them.
You will need to complete and return the Enrolment Form and Direct Debit paperwork provided to you upon being offered a position at our service.
You will also need to return your child’s birth certificate and immunisation records along with any additional paperwork provided in your enrolment pack. Please note that we cannot accept copies of immunisation records from your child’s blue book and legally require your official records from Centrelink.
Additionally, please keep in mind that you must seek permission from any person to list them as an authorised nominee (such as a contact or pick-up person) on your child’s enrolment. To be listed as an authorised nominee we require their full name, a contact number and their full address.
We understand that gathering all the required information and completing enrolment paperwork takes time and is a tedious task. We recommend that families gather all the required information and register for the Child Care Subsidy with Centrelink prior to completing our enrolment paperwork.
Yes, all absences must be paid.
We value our highly passionate and qualified educators and must pay them for their dedication to their job even if your child is absent.
The Child Care Subsidy will cover up to 42 absence days a year with no documentation and unlimited sick days if you’re able to provide a medical certificate or similar. Please note that we do not offer make-up or swap-days for any absences.
Yes, normal fees apply for all scheduled days including family holidays and absences in order to cover our operating costs. The Child Care Subsidy will also apply so long as you do not go over the 42 day quota.
Yes, like most early education and care services, we are closed on all public holidays.
If a public holiday falls on your child’s scheduled day you will still be charged as our educators are entitled to be paid on public holidays as others are in differing sectors and professions.
We will be providing your child with days full of exciting experiences that may mean their clothes may get wet, dirty or stained. Please dress them in comfortable, sun-safe and weather appropriate clothing that can withstand a whole lot of fun and adventure!
As children are developing their self-help skills it is important to note that sometimes the odd sock, hat or item of clothing may get misplaced so please only bring items that are non-precious and won’t be missed. This includes toys from home, unless it is comforter or special news day item, please leave it safely at home (or in the car) as we have lots of resources here for every child to engage with!
Please ensure your child comes wearing sunscreen (not required in winter), a bucket or broad brimmed hat and enclosed shoes that are easy to get on and off.
If your child is under 2 years of age you will need to pack:

We cater for children aged from 6 weeks old to 6 years old.
